Responsibilities:

Handling code enforcement cases, showings, posting notices, move in/move out walk throughs, inspections, leasing, administrative tasks and supporting senior property managers.

Required work experience (but not limited to) :

Real Estate, Property Management, leasing, customer service and administrative experience.

Should have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs. Knowledge of leasing software a plus.

Must have vehicle with valid drivers license

Spanish speaking a plus

High School Diploma'
