The Administrative Assistant provides support on behalf of the tax department in our San Jose office. This individual will be responsible for organizing and preparing documents to scan in a timely manner. The position requires strong organizational skills ability to multitask and to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare all documents for scanning such as removing staples, files and orientation
• Will be utilizing scanning software
• Handle sensitive/confidential information
• Research items as requested
• Interact with all levels of the organization
• Provide administrative support to Managers and Partners
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• A minimum of an Associate’s degree
• Must have strong computer skills and be able to learn software quickly
• At least 1 to 2 years of office experience
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Must have strong organizational skills
• Proficient on Microsoft Office
• Ability to communicate effectively
