Reports to: Senior Project Accountant
Summary of Position: This person will be responsible for managing the full cycle of the Accounts Receivable process.
Typical Duties:
- Produce 200+ billings a month to both direct customers and General Contractors.
- Provide all necessary billing backup documentation and lien releases
- Handle collections for all customers.
- Post and deposit daily cash receipts, credit card payments, ACH deposits. Reconcile bank statements.
- Review contracts, enter budgets & process change orders.
- Produce SOV’s, monthly workflow – used for billing forecast and monthly billing.
- Maintain monthly compliance documents, including COIs, CO Logs, Releases.
- Compile closeout documents.
- Maintain digital filing system of all billings and backup documentation
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong background in construction Account Receivables
- Excellent organizational, communication (both written and spoken) and leadership skills are essential
- Must be able to work both at a “detail” level and think strategically while managing customer relationships
- Solid computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite
- Proficiency in Sage 100 Contractor, Procore and Textura is preferred.
Position Status: Full-time, regular business hours, exempt
